Grand Havens Luxury Resort Lodging is a new division of TCC Enterprises, Inc. owned and operated by Tom and Judy Farnetti. TCC Enterprises is also the parent company of Mammoth Sierra Reservations (MSR), a full service broad spectrum rental management company in Mammoth Lakes. MSR has been conducting business in Mammoth for 25 years and under current ownership for 12.

Grand Havens offers exclusive luxury nightly rentals of town homes, suites, and condominiums, and private homes for longer term use (31 plus nights) in Mammoth Lakes and select resort locations in the West.

Tom and Judy are 28-year Mammoth residents and Mammoth business owners, including owners and operators of Unocal 76 between 1978 and 1992, with previous corporate management experience in Southern California. Combined, they bring some 56 years of business ownership and management experience. In addition to their full-time responsibility to Mammoth Sierra Reservations and Grand Havens, they have made a long-standing commitment to the area through volunteerism, cultural enrichment and public service. Tom is serving a third term as Mono County Supervisor of District I. Judy is serving a fourth term as trustee of the Mono County Board of Education. Their community dedication provides ongoing and first-hand insight into the changing environment and growth of Mammoth Lakes and Mono County.
